The RMB Equity Sponsor Team team offers sponsor services to equity issuers listed on the Main Board of the JSE.

The team offers professional multi-disciplinary advice to clients on the application and interpretation of the JSE Listings Requirements. The team has an excellent relationship with the JSE and is represented on the JSE Issuer Regulatory Advisory Committee.

The team is well regarded in the market as a leading sponsor team and is staffed by five dedicated professionals who are all JSE Approved Sponsor Executives. They have 90 years’ collective experience between them, which makes them one of the most experienced sponsor teams in the market.
