RMB triumphs in Global Custodian Survey

RMB’s Global Securities Solutions team triumphs in the Global Custodian Survey

The results for the Global Custodian Survey for Emerging Markets are in, and RMB is proud to announce that our custody team took top honours in the South African market. 

Says Sifiso Ndala, Head of Global Securities Services at RMB: “This is a significant achievement for us, as the results are a direct measurement of clients’ perceptions of the quality of services provided by their local custodian agents. This is testament to our client-centric approach where we don’t just see clients as clients, but as relationships that we’ve built over time.” 

RMB’s custody team received the highest overall score in the South African market for 2022 and was the only custodian in South Africa to receive above-average market scores in all categories. Particularly high scores were received in Service Innovation and Pricing. RMB also exceeded the global average in the following three service areas: Account Management, Asset Servicing and Pricing.

One Europe-based client that responded to the survey describes the RMB custody team as having “very responsive, helpful and competent account managers.”
