Keeping our rivers flowing.
RMB Run4Rivers
South Africa’s most precious resource, water, is constantly under threat from rapidly changing climate and economic activity. In the Simonsberg and surrounding areas, invasive alien trees and plants are throttling rivers and tributaries. RMB, together with Banhoek Conservancy and WWF in the Stellenbosch wine region, are working to turn back the clock and reverse the damage by carefully removing the invaders from our tributaries and river systems. RMB Running for Rivers and RMB Simonsberg Wine Festival, coming March 2025.
